Item is a new dual stage RF amplifier with a typical gain range of 38 dB to 20 dB over a frequency range of 20 Mhz to 2.5 Ghz. It operates with a power supply range of 3.3V to 5.0V. The I/O connectors are SMA. The input and output is matched to 50Ohm. Output power P1dB is 4.6 dBm with a noise figure of 4.2 dB. Maximum input power is 10 dBm referred to 50 Ohm.

Typical applications are general RF amplification, antenna drivers, VCO buffers, power amplifier predrivers, etc.
